We are a professionally monitored dog care center. We make dogs are top pawority. Our goal is for our dogs to live their best life at Happy Trails Pet Center. We focus on a fun environment for our team members while accomplishing all the responsibilities performed throughout the day. Requirements.

  • Must have a valid driver’s license. This also includes your own personal vehicle that is in good working condition.
  • Must live within a 20-mile radius of the location of the facility due to emergency situations that could occur with the canines that are participating in our services.
  • You must present a background check at your expense.
  • You must be 18 years of age.
  • You must have a job history that is related to customer service for a minimum of two years.
  • You must have a job history or have volunteered to work with canines for a minimum of one year. 
  • Must be available to work for one of the following Holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year) and available to work weekends.
  • Must processes and demonstrate usage of Microsoft Word programs, including Excel, Word, and type 35-40 word per minute.
  • Must be able to follow written and verbal instructions. Can proficiently write instructions that are given verbally.

Attributes that are required- Must be able to Multi-task job duties during high work demands or during stressful situations in a timely manner.

Physical Requirements.

  • Lift 40 lbs. from squatting position or standing position
  • Have a full range of motion of hands, wrists, arms, back, hips, legs, and feet
  • Must be able to perform physically in receptive motion using hands, wrists, arms, back, hips, legs, and feet
  • Must have the ability to handle moderately heavy physical labor
  • Standing position or walking for 4–5-hour periods
  • 20/20 Vision or wear corrective lenses for vision correction
  • Must have a normal range of hearing
  • Able to be physically active in cold or hot temperatures, rain, ice, or snow
